Victory Trenchless Engineering Company Limited (VTEC) was established in Hong Kong in 2001 and has since earned reputations in an excellent performance and high quality for trenchless works in the industry.
We specialised in trenchless technology which applies to the rehabilitation of water, gas, electric power, telecommunication and other product pipelines, as well as for sewerage and drainage. Identically, this technology can also be applied to form temporary or permanent structure to facilitate the construction of culvert and pedestrian subway.
Our technical staffs are spectacularly skilful and experienced in trenchless works of Pipe Jacking with Slurry Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM), Pipe Jacking by Hand Shield, Segmental Tunnel, Heading Tunnel and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
To further strengthen and maintain the level of our services, we have implemented a new Integrated Management System in June 2017. The adoption of continuous improvement has enabled VTEC passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHAS18001.
